How do I contact the support team?
The Support Centre in SystemView has an option for users to submit feedback or report an issue directly to the Support Team by emailing Ireland: customersuccess.ie@healthcarelogic.com
The Support Centre is located at the top right hand side of SystemView. Click into this a select the Feedback tab at the very right. From here, you will be able to:
- Report an issue;
- Provide feedback on data accuracy;
- Provide feedback on usability; or
- Provide general feedback.
