How do I contact the support team?

The Support Centre in SystemView has an option for users to submit feedback or report an issue directly to the Support Team by emailing Australia: customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com or Ireland: customersuccess.ie@healthcarelogic.com

The Support Centre is located at the top right hand side of SystemView. Click into this a select the Feedback tab at the very right. From here, you will be able to:

  • Report an issue;
  • Provide feedback on data accuracy;
  • Provide feedback on usability; or
  • Provide general feedback.
Once you have entered your comments, click on Submit and this will go to the Support Team.
