How do I log in to SystemView?

To log in to SystemView, you must be connected to your health service's secure network.

  • Onsite access: If you're at work, you're already on the network.
  • Offsite access: You'll need to connect through your organisation’s VPN first.

SystemView supports two login methods, depending on how your organisation is set up:

  • Health ID login: Use your organisation’s standard Work/Health ID and password – the same credentials you use for other systems like your EMR or work computer.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): If your organisation uses Azure Active Directory, you’ll log in using Microsoft’s secure single sign-on process.

🕒 For security, you will be automatically signed out of SystemView after 24 hours of inactivity. Simply log back in to continue using the platform.

Option 1: Log in using your Work/Health ID and password

This method uses the same credentials you use to log in to your work computer or EMR system. Your SystemView password automatically updates when you change your work password.

Steps:

  1. Go to the SystemView homepage and click Open

    SystemView login

  2. Enter your Work/Health ID and password, then click Start

    SystemView login2
  3. You’ll be taken to the SystemView Explore page.

Option 2: Log in using Single Sign-On (Azure)

Some organisations use Single Sign-On (SSO) via Azure Active Directory.

Steps:

  1. Go to the SystemView homepage and click Open

    SystemView login

  2. Click Sign In on the Azure login screen

    systemview login azure

If you're already signed in to your work account in your browser, SystemView will log you in automatically. Otherwise, you’ll be prompted to enter your credentials in a pop-up window.

Troubleshooting login issues

If you're unable to log in to SystemView and see the message "There was an error with your login," it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Double-check your login details

Make sure you're entering your correct Work/Health ID and password. If you recently changed your work password, use the updated one here too.

2. You don’t yet have access to SystemView

If you see a Request Access link on the login screen, click it to submit an access request form.

Our Customer Success Team will review your request and provision your access.

If no Request Access option appears, please follow your local access request process or contact your hospital's SystemView / IT admin directly to request access.

3. Your account is inactive

If your account hasn’t been used for a while, it may have become inactive. To reactivate it:

💡 Still having trouble? Try logging in from your hospital network (or VPN if working remotely), and make sure you’re using a supported browser like Chrome or Edge.
