How do I report an issue if data is missing or wrong?
Go to "learn" within SystemView and complete a form or contact customersuccess.ie@healthcarelogic.com
Data errors in SystemView are the result of one of the following:
1. Data is mis-entered within the source system,
2. There is an issue with the data feed coming into SystemView (including a delay or outage), or
3. There is an error in the SystemView calculation.
4. Data at source was entered after daily data upload in SV and will be visible the following day
Before reporting an issue it is good to check the source system to understand if the record can be updated to more accurately reflect the event in SystemView.
