# How do I request access to SystemView?
## There are several ways to request access to SystemView, depending on your organisation’s local setup:
### **1. Use the Request Access button on the login page**
On the SystemView login screen, click **Request Access** below the login fields.
This will open a form where you can enter your details:
- **Username:** Your Health/Work ID
- **Work Email**
- **First and Last Name**
- **Domains:** e.g., Surgery, Outpatients, Beds, ED
- **User Group and Facility**
- **Reason:** Please include your job title and a brief explanation of how SystemView will support your role (e.g., data analysis, patient flow, planning, waitlist access).

### **2. Check your local process**
If you don’t see a **Request Access** button, your health organisation may manage access internally.
In this case:
- Contact your **local SystemView or IT administrator**, or
- Refer to your organisation’s **intranet page** for instructions on requesting access.
### **3. Email the support team**
You can also email ✉️ [customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com](mailto:customersucess@healthcarelogic.com) with a request.
Please ensure your email includes:
- Approval from your line manager
- Your Health/Work ID
- Your role, hospital/facility you work at, and intended use of SystemView
A member of the support team will review your request and provision access.
### ⏳ **How long does it take?**
Access requests are typically processed within **1–2 business days**.
