How do I request access to SystemView?
There are several ways to request access to SystemView, depending on your organisation’s local setup:
1. Use the Request Access button on the login page
On the SystemView login screen, click Request Access below the login fields.
This will open a form where you can enter your details:
- Username: Your Health/Work ID
- Work Email
- First and Last Name
- Domains: e.g., Surgery, Outpatients, Beds, ED
- User Group and Facility
- Reason: Please include your job title and a brief explanation of how SystemView will support your role (e.g., data analysis, patient flow, planning, waitlist access).

2. Check your local process
If you don’t see a Request Access button, your health organisation may manage access internally.
In this case:
- Contact your local SystemView or IT administrator, or
- Refer to your organisation’s intranet page for instructions on requesting access.
3. Email the support team
You can also email customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com with a request.
Please ensure your email includes:
- Approval from your line manager
- Your Health/Work ID
- Your role, hospital/facility you work at, and intended use of SystemView
A member of the support team will review your request and provision access.

Access requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
