How do I update my details?
You can update your details in SystemView by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the screen, then selecting Account Settings.

What can I update?
In the Account Settings screen, you can update the following:
- Name
- Role Title
- Domains you commonly use (e.g., Surgery, Outpatients, Beds)
- Phone Number (you can validate or update it here)

Set your preferred contact method
You can also choose your preferred contact method — either SMS (your mobile number) or email (your work address).
This preference determines how you'll receive any notifications you've set up in SystemView, such as alerts for Improvement Targets or reminders for Monitor Goals.
ℹ️ This setting doesn’t mean all notifications will use that method. It simply pre-selects your preferred option when you create or edit notifications in Improve › or Monitor ›. You can still choose SMS or email each time you set up a notification.
