How do I validate my phone number in SystemView?
Validating your phone number in SystemView allows you to receive any notifications you have set up via SMS.
Follow these steps to add and validate your mobile number:
1. Go to Account Settings
Click your initials in the top right corner of SystemView, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Add your mobile number
In the Phone Number field, enter your work mobile number.

3. Check your domain selections
Make sure the Domains you are likely to use checklist is completed before continuing.

4. Save your changes
Click Save Changes in the bottom left corner of the account settings.

5. Start the validation process
Below the Phone Number field, click Click here to validate.

6. Confirm validation
A pop-up box will appear. Click Validate to continue.

7. Enter the 6-digit code
You will receive a text message with a 6-digit authorisation code. Enter this code into the prompt and click Verify.

8. Done!
Once verified, your mobile number will be confirmed in SystemView.

You’ll now be able to receive SMS notifications when using features like Monitor and Improve.
These tools let you set alerts for metrics that matter to you and receive SMS updates when performance shifts, risks emerge, or thresholds are hit.
