How is APHT (Ambulance Patient Handover Time) measured?

APHT KPI / National standard is % less than, or equal to, 30 minutes from arrival at ED to crew ready to accept another call. The target is 80%.

Manual input of ambulance turnaround times from hospitals are collected through the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems for every Emergency Call (AS1) and Urgent Call (AS2) transported to hospitals within Emergency Department.
