How is conversions to elective surgery calculated?
To find your patients that have an outcome of surgery, open domains and follow the click path to Outpatients, click Clinic Effectiveness and Conversions to surgery.
Within Clinic Effectiveness, the conversions to surgery is calculated based on the appointment outcome captured at the end of the clinic. If an outcome indicates the patient is referred for surgery or has been placed on the elective surgery waiting list, it will be counted.
