How many patients are in long waits?
To see the total number of patients that are in "long waits" and have breached the clinical recommended time frames, open domains and follow the click path to Outpatients, then Waiting list and click on Trends.
The Trends component gives the total number of referrals currently awaiting an initial outpatient appointment and includes the total number of referrals that have exceeded their clinically recommended wait time. The total number of long waits is captured in the top summary table and or by hovering over the red trend line within the 'outpatient waiting list trend' chart.
