How to export saved content from Interact

Download MyLists, MyProjects, or MyHub pages to use in reports, presentations, or emails

Exporting saved content from Interact makes it easy to use SystemView data outside the platform. Whether you’re preparing reports, building presentations, or sharing updates by email, exporting gives you ready-to-use files straight from your saved content.

Exporting MyLists

Exporting a MyLists workbook gives you an Excel workbook with each list in the workbook saved as a separate spreadsheet. This is especially useful for conducting your own analysis, and auditing or sharing waitlists in a format you and your colleagues can work with directly.

ℹ️ Note: In SystemView you can only see the top 20 or 100 results of a patient list on screen. Exporting lets you see the entire list of patients, not just the on-screen results.

  1. In Interact, open MyLists.

  2. From the dropdown, select the workbook you want to export.

  3. Click Export in the top-right corner and select Export to XLSX.

An Excel workbook of your MyList will be saved to your computer’s Downloads folder.

ℹ️ To export an individual list from a workbook, activate Activate-2 the list and click Export.

💡You can also export SharedLists by following the same steps - just open SharedLists in Interact first.

Exporting MyProjects

Exporting a MyProject creates a PowerPoint presentation with each chart saved on a separate slide. This makes it quick to build presentations or reports without needing to copy charts manually.

  1. In Interact, open MyProjects.

  2. From the dropdown, select the project you want to export.

  3. Click Export in the top-right corner and select Export to PPT.

A PowerPoint file of your MyProject will be saved to your computer’s Downloads folder.

ℹ️ To export an individual chart from a project, activate Activate-2 the list and click Export.

💡You can also export SharedProjects by following the same steps - just open SharedProjects in Interact first.

 

Exporting Hub Pages

Exporting a MyHub page gives you a PNG snapshot of the entire page - perfect for presentations, reports, or quickly sharing a full dashboard view in an email.

  1. In Interact, open MyHub.

  2. From the dropdown, select the hub page you want to export.

  3. Click the ellipsis (…) menu in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Go to Hub View.

  5. Click Export in the top-right corner.

  6. A PNG image of the hub page will be saved to your computer’s Downloads folder.

To return to the main MyHub screen in SystemView, click Return to MyHub in the bottom-right corner.

ℹ️ To export an individual table or chart from a hub page, activate Activate-2 the tile and click Export.
