- Category 2 is very urgent priority and has a max wait time of 10 minutes
- Category 3 is urgent priority and has a max wait time of 60 minutes
- Category 4 is a standard priority and has a max wait time of 120 minutes
- Category 5 is a non-urgent/expectant priority and has a max wait time of 240 minutes.
