What is the difference between a Long or Over Target Wait and the Longest Wait?

An over-target (long wait) patient is considered a patient that has exceeded their clinically recommended time frame, whereas the longest wait refers to the patient that has waited the longest time (days) for an appointment

An over-target (Long Wait) will identify the number of patients who have waited longer than their target appointment date. Longest Wait refers to a single patient who has waited the longest time for their appointment. Once they are seen or removed from the list the next patient who has waited the longest time will then be captured.
