What is the Outpatient Waiting List Dynamics bar chart meant to show?

The bar chart is an above and below the line representation of the gap or difference between points in the proceeding Wait List Net Additions and Removals chart.

Below the line (green) will identify that more referrals were removed from the list for that week, as opposed to above the line (red) indicating that more referrals were added to the list in the week and will therefore grow the list.

The rolling average (13 weeks) trend line will show the overall effect on the speciality waiting list
