Who can access SystemView?
Anyone with an active SystemView account can access SystemView.
To gain access, you must:
- Be a staff member of a health organisation that uses SystemView, and
- Have a valid health/work ID.
You can request access:
- By clicking the Request Access link on the SystemView login screen
- By contacting your local SystemView or IT administrator, or
- By emailing the support team at customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com

SystemView is hosted securely on servers within your health organisation’s internal network.
To access SystemView, you must be:
- On site and connected to the health network, or
- Off site or working from home with an active VPN connection to your health organisation’s network.
