Who can access SystemView?

Anyone with an active SystemView account can access SystemView.

To gain access, you must:

  • Be a staff member of a health organisation that uses SystemView, and
  • Have a valid health/work ID.

You can request access:

  • By clicking the Request Access link on the SystemView login screen
  • By contacting your local SystemView or IT administrator, or
  • By emailing the support team at ✉️ customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com

Accessing SystemView from your network or home

SystemView is hosted securely on servers within your health organisation’s internal network.

To access SystemView, you must be:

  • On site and connected to the health network, or
  • Off site or working from home with an active VPN connection to your health organisation’s network.
