Who can access SystemView?
Anyone with an active SystemView account can access SystemView.
To be eligible for access, you must:
- Be a staff member of a health organisation that uses SystemView, and
- Have a valid health/work ID.
How to get access
Access to SystemView is managed by each organisation.
If you need an account, the process will depend on your organisation’s setup. You can request access by either:
- Clicking the Request Access link on the SystemView login screen
- Contacting your local SystemView or IT administrator, or
- Emailing the support team at ✉️ customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com

Accessing SystemView from your network or home
SystemView is hosted securely on servers within your health organisation’s internal network.
To access SystemView, you must be:
- On site and connected to the health network, or
- Off site or working from home with an active VPN connection to your health organisation’s network.
