Why are my MyLists tiles blank?
Check to see if the specialty name has changed in your source system or local data warehouse.
MyList tiles will display with no information if the specialty name has changed. The patient list will have to be removed from SystemView MyList and re-saved from the Explore environment to capture the new specialty name.
