Why can't I see all the domains in SystemView?

Not everyone will see every domain in SystemView. This usually comes down to one of two reasons:

  • Access: Your account may not have permission to view certain domains. If you think you should have access, check with your local change manager or SystemView lead.

  • Organisation's set up: Some domains might not be part of your organisation’s SystemView setup, so they simply won’t be available.

In rare cases, a domain might also be temporarily turned off for technical or local reasons. If that happens, you’ll usually see a banner letting you know.
