Why can't I see all the domains and components in SystemView?

Not everyone will see every domain and component in SystemView. This usually comes down to one of two reasons:

  1. Access: Your account may not have permission to view certain domains or component. If you think you should have access, check with your local change manager or SystemView lead.

  2. Organisation's set up: Some domains and components might not be part of your organisation’s SystemView setup, so they simply won’t be available.

In rare cases, a domain or component might also be temporarily turned off for technical or local reasons. If that happens, you’ll usually see a banner at the top of your screen to let you know.
