Why can't I see my Waiting List in SystemView?

To find a Waiting List open domains and follow the click path to Outpatients, Waiting List and then Trends.

SystemView will only capture referrals that are entered onto a waiting list (sometimes referred to as a request list) in the local hospital source system with a category value of UC (uncategorised), routine, semi-urgent, urgent, or as per categorisation used at source.


This means if your waiting list is for initial tests, a category will need to be entered upon wait listing.
