Why can't I see patients waiting for initial tests in SystemView?
To find a Waiting List open domains and follow the click path to Outpatients, Waiting List and then Trends.
SystemView will only capture referrals that are entered onto a waiting list (sometimes referred to as a request list) in the local hospital source system with a local category value of UC (uncategorised), 1, 2 or 3, semi-urgent, urgent, routine,...
This means if your waiting list is for initial tests, a category will need to be entered upon wait listing.
