Why does the Theatre Schedule state "No Doctor Information"?
SystemView pulls the theatre and doctor allocations directly from the hospital source system. 'No Doctor Information' will be displayed in SystemView if the field for the doctor is not populated in the source system.
To check missing doctor names please check your hospital source system (ORMIS or Excel session planner for Digital sites), or theatre planner and confirm if a doctor has been entered against the session you are viewing in SystemView. If a doctor is listed correctly in your hospital source system, please contact the team at customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com for investigation.
