Why is data missing from a chart?

Go to "learn" within SystemView and complete a form or contact customersuccess@healthcarelogic.com

Data errors in SystemView are the result of one of the following:

1. Data is mis-entered within the source system,

2. There is an issue with the data feed coming into SystemView (including a delay or outage), or

3. There is an error in the SystemView calculation.

Before reporting an issue it is good to check the source system to understand if the record can be updated to more accurately reflect the event in SystemView.
