Use of Artificial Intelligence in SystemView

What you need to know before using SystemView's AI-generated content.

Our product SystemView can use Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to generate content, provide recommendations, and summarise customer data.

HealthCare Logic commits to always acknowledging AI-generated content. It shall be declared to users when any content is AI-generated.

Furthermore, HealthCare Logic commits to regular quality and compliance testing of it’s AI generated content. No AI generated outputs shall be used for decision making or actioned without an explicit human review.

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Probabilistic Outputs: AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and not deterministic. Content is produced by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

  2. No Liability for Reliance: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated content. You agree that relying on AI outputs is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages resulting from using this service. HealthCare Logic reserves the right to change supported models and providers for AI tools, which may affect content outputs.

  3. Human Verification Required: It is your responsibility to review and verify all AI-generated output before relying on it or using it for professional, legal, or financial decisions.

  4. No Professional Advice: The outputs provided by our AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

  5. Input Data Security: While we take measures to protect your data, you should not share sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information in AI prompts.

  6. AI Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use our AI tools for high-risk, illegal, or unethical purposes.

  7. Use of Your Data: De-identified or anonymised copies of data, including metadata, may be used by Healthcare Logic to train models for more accurate output. Training data and trained models never leave the host system, and abide by relevant data security compliance standards.
