What is MyView?
MyView is your personalised analytics shelf within Interact.
It stores and displays all the charts you choose to Watch, Improve or Monitor from across SystemView, allowing you to keep key metrics at your fingertips. Rather than repeatedly navigating through Explore, you can save important charts to MyView and return to them quickly whenever you log in.
What you can do in MyView

Watch: Save a chart for quick access – simply activate it and click Watch.

Improve: Set a target for a specific series (e.g., reduce wait times). After activating a chart, select a series and click Improve, then enter a target and choose how you wish to be notified.

Monitor: Receive alerts when a metric crosses a threshold. Activate a chart, select the series and click Monitor, then enter the standard and notification preferences. Monitoring alerts can be customised by frequency and delivery method.
