How to share MyLists
Give colleagues access to your patient list workbook
Sharing a MyLists workbook is the fastest way to get everyone on the same page. Instead of recreating filters or exports, colleagues can instantly see the patient lists you’ve already built. It’s collaboration without the hassle - your setup stays locked so only you can edit it, and they get live, up-to-date data.
Sharing MyLists

In Interact, open MyLists.

From the dropdown, select the workbook you want to share.

Click Share in the top-right corner.

Search the name of the colleague you want to share with.
ℹ️ If your colleague doesn’t appear, they may not yet have access to SystemView. See How do I request access SystemView for guidance. -
Hover over their name and click Share.
The colleague will now see the workbook under SharedLists in their SystemView environment and receive an email notification to let them know it's been shared with them.
ℹ️ To stop sharing, open the Share menu and click Remove next to the person you no longer want to share with.
💡 Quick tip: Only the owner of a MyLists can edit it and share it with others. People it’s been shared with can only view and export it. However, SharedLists can be duplicated to make a personal editable copy. See How to make your own copy of SharedLists for more details.
