# What is Interact?

## Interact is your personal workspace in SystemView. It’s where you can save, organise, and return to the charts, tables, and lists that matter most to you.

Interact is your customisable workspace in SystemView where you can **save** filtered tiles, charts, and tables from Explore. You can then **create** dashboards, projects, lists, and notifications, and **collaborate** with colleagues by sharing content with other users.
