What is MyProjects?

MyProjects lets you assemble projects - collections of dynamic charts - all in one organised place.

A project can hold up to 12 charts, and those charts remain live, updating as data refreshes. You can export projects straight to PowerPoint for presentations and share them with team members.

  • Build projects: Activate a chart in Explore, click Projects, name your new project and add the chart. Additional charts can be added later.

  • Live content: Charts within a project are dynamic and reflect current data without extra effort.

  • Easy editing: Projects can be renamed or deleted; individual charts can be removed; and charts can be rearranged by dragging them to the desired position.

  • Presentation‑ready export: Export an entire project to Microsoft PowerPoint with a single click.
