The purple Activate button appears on many tiles, charts, and tables throughout SystemView. Clicking it opens the item in a larger, interactive view and unlocks a range of actions, allowing you to add it to your Interact page or export it for further analysis.
What can I do after activating?
Once activated, you'll see a full-screen version of the tile with a toolbar of options. From here, you can:
- Add to MyHub – Build your own dashboard with key tiles and charts
- Add to MyProject – Group charts for improvement or reporting
- Add to MyList – Save tables with patient-level data for tracking
- Export – Download the chart as an PNG image or Excel file or table as an Excel file
- Set a Monitor Goal – Be notified when values cross a defined threshold
- Create an Improvement Target – Track performance over time against a goal
What can I activate?
Charts
Can be added to a MyHub or MyProject, exported as a PNG (image file) or Excel file, and depending on the chart, may support setting a Monitor goal or Improvement target.
Not all charts support Monitor Goals or Improvement Targets. If the options aren't available, they won't appear down the bottom when the chart is activated.
Tables
Can be added to a MyHub or MyList, and exported to Excel for raw data.
Summary Tiles
These can be added to a MyHub to create quick-glance dashboards.
